With 6 weeks to go, it’s all systems go for the 2017 ALMC Motor Club Stages Rally!
Three fantastic Special Stages have been chosen, Service area in place, Stage Commanders and their teams ready to go, equipment checked and now everything points towards an exciting and memorable event.
As always, a warm welcome awaits all our regular crews to the beautiful Trim area, but this year, as a round of the Mintex British Historic Rally Championship, we are delighted to welcome some new competitors from the UK to the challenges of Irish Tarmac in County Meath.
Despite the challenging conditions that prevail this year regarding Rally entries across the country, ALMC Motor Club would like to emphasise that this year’s Rally WILL BE RUNNING as usual! The Club are absolutely committed to running the event to their usual high level and standards, and fully expect to offer competitors a fantastic event with all the advantages of easy access, stage mileage as high as before, and very low road mileage, all around the Trim area.
The Club have introduced a new approach to an Entry Refund scheme which will incentivise Competitors even more to enter the Rally. Quite simply, once entries pass the magical 75 mark, and beyond that, ALMC will be offering more opportunities for Competitors to have their Entry Fee refunded IN FULL!
For all the information on the Rally as it approaches, simply keep an eye on www.almc.ie or follow us on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/almcmotorclub.
Once again, ALMC would like to emphasise that this year’s Rally WILL BE RUNNING as planned! As one of the very few Special Stage Rallies in the North East of the country, the Club intend running one of their best rallies ever, and hope to attract as many competitors from all over Ireland and the UK to take on the challenge!
