Postponement of 2020 FIA ETRC Truck Racing event at Le Mans
FIA ETRC EVENT AT LE MANS POSTPONED
The European Truck Racing Association (ETRA) the promoter of the championship, in consultation with the FIA and the local race organiser have decided to postpone the 2020 FIA ETRC event at Le Mans, which was initially scheduled for 26/27 September and later postponed to October.
Due to worldwide measures in place to curb the spread of COVID-19 and the subsequent changes to sporting calendars, this year’s event at the Bugatti track at Le Mans will now be held on 7–8 November, subject to FIA confirmation.
The move was necessary to minimise knock-on effects due to logistical challenges of the event organisation.
