Kevin Coyne set to make UK motorbike race debut
Kevin Coyne, 18, from Killarney County Kerry, initially planned on contesting the 2020 Dunlop Irish Masters Championship at Mondello Park in County Kildare before making his UK debut later in the season.
In the absence of any (for the foreseeable future, anyway) Irish racing this season, Kevin has decided to fast-track his UK debut and will now make his first Thundersports UK appearance later in July ahead of his British Superbike Championship debut in early August.
He recently launched his 2020 campaign outside Robertinos Restaurant in Killarney, County Kerry and since the launch event he has taken part in a test session at Mondello Park where he received one-to-one tuition from rising Irish star Caolan Irwin.
Prior to heading to the UK, Kevin and his racing Kawasaki motorcycle will appear at the popular Cars and Coffee show in Killarney on July 19 where he will promote his season ahead with fellow local motor enthusiasts.
