Mattias Ekström: “That was a very tough stage with a lot of stones – an incredible number of stones. We had a good set-up for every scenario, but not this. Thus we had to drive very slowly. Navigation worked well, we just missed one turning. There will be more sand and dunes tomorrow, so we will have to be well set up for that.”
